How it works

Review of installations, humidity, and the real condition of existing finishes.
Intervention design
What stays, what gets replaced, and how spaces are redistributed, with drawings that include the hydrosanitary layout when the kitchen or bathrooms are being moved.
Phased construction
Work can be planned by zone to minimize the time the home is unlivable.
Warrantied delivery
A written warranty of at least one year on the new work performed.

Can I keep living there during the renovation?+
It depends on the scope. For partial renovations (one bathroom, the kitchen) almost always yes; for full interventions we assess it together during the diagnostic.
What if you find hidden damage, like plumbing or humidity?+
It's documented and quoted in writing as an adjustment to the original scope — never as a surprise overcharge.
Do you renovate just one space, like the kitchen, or the whole home?+
Both. The assessment and quote adjust to whatever real scope you need, from one bathroom to the entire home.
How long does the technical assessment take before I get a quote?+
It depends on the size and condition of the home, but as a reference it takes 2 to 5 business days to schedule the visit and deliver the assessment along with the written quote.
Do you work on houses too, or only apartments?+
Both. The process is the same — technical assessment first, then intervention design — only the scope changes based on square meters and the number of spaces involved.
