Turnkey means architect Yainis Ávila takes on full project management — design, drawings and a 3D preview, hiring trades, scheduling, and quality control — under a single contract, so all you have to do is approve design decisions and receive a finished apartment. From day one you get access to your own tracking application (your project's backoffice), where every update, payment, and document gets logged — nothing managed over loose WhatsApp messages or lost along the way.

How it works
Initial visit and diagnosis (free)
A complete inspection of the apartment with precise measurements, checking that the shell construction matches the plans — so we catch any defect before quoting and avoid overcharges mid-project. Right after the visit, we create your access to the tracking application (Client Zone), your direct window into the project from day one.
Complete study, quote and 3D renderings (paid service)
This is the only step with a cost before construction starts. Using the data from the visit, we deliver: a detailed line-item budget, updated floor plans, 3D modeling, photorealistic renders of the final result, technical specifications, a materials catalog, and a construction schedule with financial planning (45 to 60 business days) — all published in your tracking application. If you decide to move forward with the build, the full cost of this study gets deducted from the final budget.
Project management
All trades coordinated under one single contract and one point of responsibility, with real progress on every stage — photos, reports, and payments — always visible in your app, no need to call and ask how the work is going.
Turnkey delivery
You receive the finished, move-in-ready apartment, with a written warranty of at least one year.
