Photorealistic renders: what the images you receive before your project actually look like
What a photorealistic render includes, how many images you get, and what they're for beyond just looking good.

What exactly is a photorealistic render?
It's an image generated from your apartment's 3D model, treated with realistic materials, textures, and lighting — to the point of looking almost like a photo taken inside the finished apartment, even though construction hasn't started yet.
How many images do you get, and from what angles?
The complete project study includes 5 photorealistic renders of your apartment's main spaces (an expanded package of 10 images is available at an additional cost, for projects that want to cover more angles or spaces).
What is a photorealistic render for, beyond looking good?
It lets you approve materials and colors with certainty before buying them — avoiding costly changes mid-project. It's also the clearest tool for presenting the project to your partner, family, or business partners, so everyone agrees on the final result before signing off.
How does this fit into the project study?
Photorealistic renders are one of the deliverables of the complete project study, alongside the detailed budget, construction schedule, and technical specifications — a paid service that gets deducted from the final budget if you move forward to the construction phase.
How does the whole process work with architect Yainis Ávila?
It all starts with the online quote simulator: in minutes you get a price range and an estimated timeline in weeks, with no site visit needed. If you decide to move forward, a diagnostic visit gets scheduled and, if the project calls for it, the complete project study (detailed budget, updated floor plans, 3D modeling, and photorealistic renders).
Before any construction starts, everything is put in writing: a fixed price, a timeline in weeks, and a minimum one-year warranty. During execution, you follow real progress through the Client Zone, with no need to be on-site every day.
